The Big Picture by Tony Horton the creator of P90x is more than just a fitness book by a well known celebrity fitness trainer. I very much enjoyed the well rounded healthy lifestyle and personal development. Ok. It's highly motivating and the best part is that Tony is humble, funny and self deprecating. Not once does he brag about his success in a way that he is bragging or trying to be superior even though he is highly successful. The premise of this book is his 11 laws to change your life. These laws are clearly explained to make it understandable to any reader. He mixes in stories from his personal life and stories of real people that have made successful changes. I was very surprised how well rounded Tony is and the significant role fitness and nutrition play in every part of his life. I have read tons of self help and fitness books and I found this book to be surprisingly informative and a pleasure to read. ( )

Informative and helpful(maybe life saving for some), and at the same time entertaining and funny. ( )

11 practical laws to rule your life as experienced by P90x's Tony Horton. Many of the advices here can be found throughout numerous other exercise and self help books but The Big Picture links them all together in a light and fun way to help you get off your but and thinking how every law has some impact on the others. Start neglecting one then a domino effect leading down an unhealthy road. Tony's humor helps keep everything flowing and even those who have read there share could use this reminder to keep everything together. ( )
