It allows children to identify shapes in the real world environment. ( )This is an awesome book for young children learning their shapes. There are countless photographs of everyday life that you are supposed to find all of the shapes in. There are pictures of sailboats, food, houses, landscaping, street markets, construction work, boats, shoes, instruments, and much more! Very visually stimulating and fun for young kids. This book would be good for a very young child who is trying to learn their shapes. It has no words in it, just a lot of pictures. This was a good book however. This book was visually stimulating for all ages. If you enjoy photography you'll enjoy this book. I did enjoy looking for as many shapes as I could the first 5 or 6 pages but then I was just interested in trying to figure out what location all these pictures were coming from. most of her books are no words no reviews | add a review
