A fun story about lowercase letters saving the day! Great for lowercase ID.

Not so much a 'teach' or 'expose' the alphabet as much as a story with alphabet letters as characters. Great for pre-k, Kindergarten and preschool storytime. ( )

28 months - a relatively good alphabet book. Always nice to have variety and take a different look at the alphabet. ( )

Alphabet Rescue is the perfect book when it comes to learning the alphabet through pictures and have fun story behind it. The author, Audrey Wood, writes about Charley's alphabet that goes on a vacation while he visits his grandmother. Alphabet Rescue is about the lowercase letters and how one falls into the water. The illustrations that this book provides are bright, vivid and teaches children that they can do whatever they put there mind to by trying their best. Over all I rate is book a five star to read to children and it will keep there attention along with teaching a valuable lesson. ( )

This book is for beginning readers. They learn the alphabet through pictures and a fun story about what the little letters can do by themselves.
