Kriss Brooks’ book, ‘Feed your Confidence’ just dropped my jaws and left it on the floor. Because, indeed, while I have read a lot of self-help books, ‘Feed Your Confidence’ is the only one so far that has nailed what people really need to do to find self-actualization—and the author even creatively uses the 26 letters of the English alphabet to discuss with absolute clarity what exactly must be done.

‘Feed your Confidence’ is not as much as a book as it is a journey—a journey toward finding your voice and finally unleashing what has been bottled up inside you. When I say this is refreshingly comprehensive, I’m not kidding. The book not only discusses every stumbling block that gets in our way (from attitude, to fear, to denial), but it also helpfully and honestly discusses the solutions to overcome them. What’s more, Kriss Brooks’ writing earns brownie points for being concise, friendly, warm even, that the book is such a joy to read. And of course, the author knows what she’s talking about—as the founder of the Options Program for Women’s Fitness and Wellness and practically a nationally well-known fitness expert, Kriss knows exactly what she’s writing about.

Overall, this is a book that EVERYONE needs. It contains the most powerful life-transforming lessons and reminders about what we need to do and not do. Get yourself a copy today—check out the free sample chapters and see what I mean. Or better, send this as a gift to anyone you care about—who knows, you might be the only person who can help them find a life-transforming change. ‘Feed your Confidence’ should be appreciated by a wider audience, and fully deserves all the five-star ratings it gets.
