Holy hotness Batman. Gabriel Dare can come to my rescue anytime. I mean umm, fun book! Yeah, that's what I meant. I've been enjoying the Eden series and #3 did not take away from that. The attraction between Gabriel and Isabelle was pretty instant and it seemed like the author had a fun time writing their scenes. It was also nice to see a softer, family side of this alpha male, as well as some independent I am woman, hear me roar sides of Isabelle. One thing I'm enjoying about the Eden series is the introduction to new (to me) authors and Phillips has been added to my TBR list because let's face it, my life could use a little more Dare brothers in it. ( )

This was a fairly short read, and one that time seemed to pass by in extremely quickly. There's a bit of heat in it but nothing over the top. Classic story of rich man wanting to control and love a woman who isn't interested in his money. Nice enough read ( )

Isabelle or Izi as Gabriel Dare calls her, needs to find a way to stand on her own two feet. It does not help that she is attracted to him and living in his house. Graphic sex and bondage scenes may not be for every reader. This is first book in the NY Dare series. ( )
