The first volume was really setting the scene and this one is expanding on everything wonderfully and continuing to be a fucked up kinda gorgeous, intriguing mess.

I'm loving it! ( )

This series is becoming interesting. The way that the writer makes turns in the story keeps it surprising. The story opens itself slowly but you don't know where it's all going. I like the fact that the characters are being introduced slowly. You don't know who everyone is or why they do what they do. Learning about these things is fun to read. ( )

This is the 2nd volume in the East to West series. I am continuing to enjoy this series. I like the illustration style and coloring. I am also enjoying the dark epic story that is happening here.

This book follows Death as he hunts down his son. Meanwhile the other three Horsemen of the Apocalypse are trying to hasten the end of the world along.

My only complaint so far is that the story jumps around a lot and can be a bit hard to follow at times.

Overall this was a great continuation of the East of West series. This is a high quality graphic novel with a sci-fi western apocalyptic feeling to it. The story is a bit hard to follow but so far I am still enjoying it. ( )

More a 3.5 than 3 stars some crazy stuff is going to go down that's for sure! ( )

This comic seems like an odd mixture of Dark Tower (religious fervour), Wasteland (post/pre apocalypse western) and Grendel (future USA politics), with maybe a dash of Sandman (immortal beings). That sounds kind of cool, but it is rendered in a puerile way, setting great store by decapitations and gore. It is interesting enough to keep reading the series, but I feel that I am about thirty years older than the target audience. ( )
