This autobiography explains the dreams of a little girl and how each one influenced her as a writer. This book would be great to read to children during a writing lesson to show that writing can be about anything and can come from anything and everything that has occurred their lives. Experiences affect writing bringing connections from the writer to the text to the reader. Elements from each dream or event in the writers' lives affects their writing deeply. ( )
