'The Magic of Merrythought', the book I researched, photographed and wrote in 1984, and which was published in 1986, has enriched my life immeasurably. I am proud that my book has played some part in the increased interest that has developed in Merrythought's past among collectors. Merrythought's continued innovation in the production of toys and collectibles that appeal to people more now that ever in its long history has caused an unprecedented event in publishing. Public demand from all over the world, particularly from members of the Merrythought International Collectors Club, has resulted in 'The Magic of Merrythought', which has not been available for years, being reprinted after all this time. -- from the author… (more)
