I just stumbled across this in the picture books section at work, and I loved the Humans of New York book, so naturally, I had to pick this up! It was very cute -- the narration is pretty basic (in fact, I don't even fully remember what it said aside from basic positive messages for kids), but I loved looking at the pictures of all the kids and their different clothing styles and environments, and I'm sure kids that age will be fascinated at getting a glimpse into the lives of other kids. From the author and photographer of the well-known blog "Humans of New York" comes a great picture book that celebrates the uniqueness, abilities, and diversity of the littlest humans--children. Brandon Stanton's photographs capture children doing everyday things like walking down the street, riding a bicycle, playing in the street, and making music. This is a great read aloud for children of all-ages that celebrates all of the things little humans can do.
