This story consists of several snapshots from the life of fire captain Aaron, and his lover Zak. The range of events he gets called out to deal with is quite broad, and each has its own challenges. All of them are very touching, from the toe stuck in a bathtub tap, to a car hitting some pedestrians. Not to mention the very hot car wash organized as a fundraiser!

Aaron and his lover Zak have a wonderful relationship. Fully aware of the dangers, Zak is very supportive and knows just what to do to make Aaron feel appreciated and loved when he comes home. He gives Aaron someone to come home to, and that makes a big difference for the courageous fire captain.

If you like fire fighters, the interesting situations they face, and stories with a very loving, established couple, then this story is for you!

Oh, I loved this! A firefighter and his lover and how he fits into his stressful and dangerous job. So touching and warm and genuine. I fell in love with both characters in under 10 minutes. Recommended! ( )
