This AA guide tells you where these treasures can be found. First published in 1968 this is still a quality reference book. An encyclopedia of places; a history of style; glossary of technical terms; maps, photographs and drawings and so much more. This is one of those books that interested me in history, art and architecture so when I spotted a this in a second-hand book shop it was a must have. Obviously things will have changed in the intervening years but this is still a wonderful book to have if you are at all interested in social history and the crafts that created so many wonderful buildings and artworks. no reviews | add a review
