Had a harder time to get into this book. It sat for a few days, read another book, played spider solitaire. Interested to see how its going forward. ( )

This book was so hard to put down. I needed to know who might get hurt next to hurt Catherine Ling. keep books like this one coming. Every character that I like was involved in this story. That was fantastic. ( )

Nine years after his kidnapping, Catherine Ling’s son, Luke, has been returned to her and she has vowed to never let anything happen to him again. A top-notch CIA operative raised on the streets of Hong Kong, she is wary about attachments, but a small group of people have become important to her.
As Catherine works to rebuild a relationship with her son, someone from her past is killing the people she cares about. Three people have been brutally murdered; will everyone who matters to Catherine fall victim to this vicious killer before she can identify him and put a stop to his deadly rampage?

Intriguing plot twists keep the pages turning as the suspense is ratcheted up and the story unfolds.

Recommended. ( )
