This is a fun, book that would be good for kids who love superheros. The main characters are a little boy who is the sidekick of his superhero doll. The rules of being a superhero are related to things happening in his playroom and outside his home. My favorite rule was "Superheros make lots of noise". In the picture it shows that he woke a sleeping baby, his word bubble says, "let's go play outside" and you can see his mom's shadow in the background. The illustrations are old style Batman, POW, BAM word bubbles, meet, comic book, meet traditional picture book. Great book for preschool age to younger school age children. ( )
