Interesting. Rachel doesn't try to say depression is like this for everyone, in fact she goes out of her way to say the experience is different for everyone. The sub title is misleading - words were part of her journey but there were a lot of drugs etc too. I think this would be a good read for anyone who has or has had depression, their families and health professionals - an individual perspective on this devastating illness. ( )
