I received an electronic copy of this book in return for a review.

I can sum up the first half in one sentence, "Check out the web". Basically, nearly everything in the redstone ideas section is too complicated for a book and, in some cases, too complicated for YouTube as well.

The tips in the second half of the book seem oriented toward two kinds of tips: common sense and PvP. If you have some sense and don't PvP, you won't find this part very useful.

All in all, I'd say, go for a free online guide. Hey, even this book recommends it! ( )
