This was a pretty good book (my rating is rounded up from a 3.5). I think I just picked it up because I liked the cover, and wow, what a great title! I found the writing a little choppy, probably because of the first person present tense narration. It's an interesting take on the slide into the apocalypse, a no-zombies end time in which people still care about good food. The food descriptions were probably my favorite part of the book. ( )
