I own several editions of the Prologue to the Canterbury Tales, including the Bellerophon coloring book, which includes the prologue and the original Caxton woodcuts. The coloring book originally included a phonograph record of the prologue being read in Middle English, but mine is long gone. As a piece of prose, the prologue is unsurpassed in the introduction of characters to the reader. The coloring book includes many horses, so make sure you have a lot of brown colors on hand. ( )
