This collection brings together issues 1-12 of Black Bat, a blind vigilante equipped with special/bionic eyes who was a former corrupt lawyer now fighting for justice against mobsters. However all is not as straightforward as he would like to believe.

It is not entirely clear at first if he’s involved with the “good guys” who saved his life and gave him his eyes or if they have their own agenda.

A cross between Batman and Daredevil, the similarities are obvious. It is well-drawn (some covers at the end by Billy Tan and Jae Lee) and very engaging.

Highly recommended.
