This is a decent reference book with a lot of information about measurement equivalents and how-to guides (such as how to dice a mango, etc.). I don't find many of the recipes appealing though. They are submitted by individuals and seem to have a Midwestern "pile on the mayo and fake cheese" bent. (I grew up in the Midwest but hate Midwestern cooking.) ( )
