I am a big fan of The Cat in the Hat series. They provide fabulous books for children because the rhyming makes it fun to read, as well as helps them to read, and they are learning at the same time. This particular book explains the human body. It covers the basics. From the brain to the bones, the kidneys and the stomach, children can follow the cat in the hat inside his special machine where they can explore the human body through pictures and rhymes. The illustrations also provide a learning experience even if they can't read. ( )
