Loved it!! It's not my favorite of the Shopaholic series so far, but still kept my interest the entire time! ( )

Not as good as the first two. There are still some very funny parts but the solution to Becky's problem is very apparent to the reader early on. Yet it takes Becky forever to figure it out on her own. Meanwhile all the vacillating she does just comes off as annoying instead of entertaining. ( )

i just finish reading this book hours ago and i absolutely love it! Points for the character development, unexpected turnout and satisfying (extremely) ending. Ok, maybe i’m exaggerating, and i’m bias towards Kinsella, but hey, this is a good follow-up of shopaholic’s series. Points for originality too, the plots, the storyline, it’s all just so gorgeous. And i love Suze and Ernie, i love Suze’s concern, Suze’s being a great friend, Luke’s charming, Luke’s breakdown, Luke’s vulnerability, Elinor’s botox, Elinor’s inner person, Michael’s helpfulness, Michael’s caring’ness’, Becky’s dumbness, Becky’s wittyness, Becky’s plan, Becky’s ending, and the ending, omg, i almost fall on tears because i’m too touched. however no, i did not cry.

yes yes i know i’ve been giving spoilers, just that if you’re following the shopaholic series, or, following kinsella even, don’t miss this book.

Shopaholic Ties the Knot… because u only do it once. Don’t you? (yeah right! LOL)

Points: 9 out of 10. (5 points for my likeness, and 4 for originality, plot, quality, character, bla bla bla) (well actually, minus 1 point because i took quite a time to finish this book. i should actually able to finish this book in 2 days! This book lack the ‘driving’ factor, especially the first half. But other than that, it’s satisfying!) ( )

I like Becky most when she is actually proactive instead of just ignoring all the stuff she doesn't like around her. She's certainly warm-hearted - but why doesn't she say what she wants or needs a little more?? I can't say that I love this series, but there is something that makes me keep coming back - maybe the hope that this time around Becky will be a little more of that smart & capable woman that every once in awhile she manages to pull off. This is my favorite book so far in the shopaholic series. It is an easy and fun read. Becky Bloomwood is out of control. Jump on and enjoy the wild ride of her crazy life! ( )

Read this awhile ago - it went fast, typical chick lit. ( )

You will find yourself laughing right out loud. It's definately a page turner with the pickle that Becky Bloomwood gets herself into this time! ( )

Becky Bloomwood is back, and this time she's getting married! I thought before I read this book that the shopping thing would really be wearing thin, and I was pleasantly surprised that this book wasn't *all* about shopping! I think the author has attempted with this book to develop Becky's character a bit more, and the reader gets a bit more of a look at Luke's character, as well as his mother, Elinor Sherman. I agree with previous reviewers that the solution to Becky's problem of which wedding to choose was a little obvious (and lame), but nonetheless, this is a fun, quick read. (I also agree with a previous reviewer that the author should definitely have written about Luke and Becky's trip around the world -- I'm sure Becky would have done some crazy shopping on that trip!) Again, like Shopaholic takes Manhattan, Shopaholic ties the knot is a bit repetitive and I could guess the ending of the book when I got to the middle of it. At some point in the book, I got the feeling of too much is too much, and get on with the story here. ( )

Becky Bloomwood marries the man of her dreams, but not without lots of complications, of course. Fun book! ( )

I loved this book! It's drama and characters keep the reader entertained throughout, and I got a kick out of Becky's final decision about where to hold her wedding- London or New York? ( )

Probably the worst book in the series so far. Honestly, why is Becky so stupid? She’s so annoying, honestly. Grow up. And she didn’t think of the solution earlier? Please. I had to force myself to get through this one. I did like her mother-in-law, though her name escapes me for the moment. ( )

Watch out - Becky Bloomwood's getting married! Fun and frivolity ensue. ( )

I must admit, I got a little bored around the middle of this book, but the ending tied it together nicely. It's very silly, but it's a fun book and Kinsella has started to work in some more emotional stuff. Very entertaining. ( )

Being a Becky Bloomwood fan, I was pleased to see her back, but not pleased to see her fall into the same spending patterns as in the last book. What was the point of her learning all those "life lessons" if she was just going to keep spending? She needs a good financial therapist and a pair of scissors. ( )

I knew about this book about a year before I read it, but I refused to buy it until I was actually engaged. The weekend after our engagement camping trip, we stopped at a Barnes & Noble. I bought this book and a pile of bride magazines to search for dresses. The clerk complimented me on my ring -- "Full of fire!" he said, "And I should know, because I used to sell diamond rings." Isn't that a quaint little memory? My tale is so much more fairy-tale than Bekcy's -- she gets into the worst trouble! But as always, there is a lot of fantasy, and wish-fulfillment, stirred up with suspense and imminent humiliation. Every bride-to-be needs to read this for the laughs, and it certainly helped to put everything into perspective as we planned our real-life wedding. ( )
