This publication gives very little information about its origin, beyond suggesting from its fiction that this is English, and it probably was produced in the early 1970s, when increasing tolerance led to an explosion of erotic material, often illustrated by poor quality monochrome photographs and drawings. Although its title includes the words 'Part E' it gives no hint about other parts. It begins with a brief review of published material, mostly 'reader's letters', illustrated by photographs hinting at the chastisement of young women. It then moves to a series of short stories involving spanking and caning in domestic and scholastic scenarios, which mostly involve young male recipients of physical discipline, but with a good fraction of M/F situations. These stories are liberally sprinkled with early 20th Century photographs of young females in contemporary underwear. An interesting and rare item which is of above-average quality. ( )
