Gossip for gossip's sake is how to sum up this book. The setting is a private high school attended by the rich and famous where their antics are kept track of on a web site www.gossipgirl.com. The book may be entertaining for high school students but referring to e-mail communication makes it a bit dated for the current technology savvy. Purely an entertainment read. ( )
