A wedding is going to take place in a small Moroccan village, but the bridegroom has disappeared. His born in Holland nephew is looking for him, and in the course of the taxi trip we learn about what’s life is like there for families whose some members have emigrated to Holland.
I don’t think it was worth reading. I learned a little bit about Morocco and the economic emigration there, and there were bits and pieces that were humorous, but I hated the style that was sprawling into a million digressions.
