I really enjoyed the first book in this series so I couldn't wait to get my hands on book 2. The series is about three roommates finding love and overcoming obstacles. This story is about Taylor, the one who had a vision which saved a character in book one. Now it's his turn to find a man. There were several things I really liked about this book. The mystery elements when Taylor was seeing visions involving a death case which Draven was investigating really caught my interest. I love a good mystery. I super enjoy how the friends play off each other and catching up with everyone again. There were lots of sweet moments and the sexy was delicious. I also had a couple of things that I wasn't crazy about. I found the main couple to be a bit immature. They were kinda hot then cold with the dramatics. I also (and you won't get this until you read it) didn't care for the way they villainized Mr. Whittaker's wife while believing him an innocent party when clearly both had issues. Sight and Sinners follows a relationship while dealing with emotional aspects such as death. Overall I found it to be a loving and entertaining read. ***Copy given in exchange for an honest review*** toni FangirlMoments and My Two Cents no reviews | add a review

That's it! No more, chapter 9 ending with that talk between Taylor and Jude is my limit: It doesn't keep the slightest coherence with the way Tay's skill manifest in all the other cases and, please, don't try to tell me «Well, it's paranormal» like excuse for lack of consistency, no way.
Besides, I find this book wordy, almost chessy, with characters who seemed more as girls minds in men bodies than gay men to me.
What's more , I give up this series and I've dropped the idea of reading other books from this author due to a clear case of personality clash.
Oh well, not every author is for every reader.
