Although I get a little put off by the tone of the author that omega 3 is going to cure us of the bulk of our mental failings, I like the focus on a sensible diet leading to more mental acuity. It got me to start taking daily omega 3 (fish oil plus 200 mg plant omega 3).

Written in laymen's terms and easy to read, this book suggests diet, supplements and techniques to optimize the brain to offset the damage of aging or to optimize growth in children and to raise their IQ scores. ( )
