This is the 2nd book in the Quintara Marathon trilogy. Here we continue following our three teams as they enter the complex and are not allowed to leave, so each one decides to try and follow the demons to see where they went. There seems to be a puzzle of someone leading them along but that mystery is completely left for the last book to find out. There are references to the Divine Comedy to reasonable knowledge of that would probably provide quit a few clues to the plot and maybe the final outcome.

Overall I liked this book and found it a fun quick read, a good world to go and lose yourself in for a while and it has lots of interesting aliens and a twisted path through other dimensions, a path that leads only in one direction. I consider it worth the read for anyone who likes Galaxy spanning Sci-Fi. ( )
