Set in the same universe as THE WIZARD OF CAMELOT but not continuing the same storyline, THE WIZARD OF 4th STREET begins with an auction of various unidentified magical artifacts unearthed during a dig in the Euphrates Valley - specifically, with Wyrdrune, a magician-turned-thief who attempts to steal the artifacts only to find himself having to share them with Kira, a non-magical thief. Kira and Wyrdrune are forced to team up to fence the objects, only to find that they've gotten into more trouble than they bargained for.
