This cook .book is about foods in Mexico. It can teach you the basics and advanced depending on what you think looks interesting! Families in Mexico teach each other how to cook these cuisines from generations to generations. Lots of family members cook together on holidays and for festivals to celebrate the dead. Many of these were used by native people from hundreds of years ago. Also they came from early Spanish settlers. Anyway, native communities grow fresh crops of fruits, vegetables mostly, and protein. This book can teach you about techniques of cooking. If you want to learn more about different foods from all around the world, try to find it on any online library.

In my opinion about Foods of Mexico, I think that this book can teach you about anything you needed to know about the importance of following directions. It talks about how the Spanish Settlers the way of growing crops and learning how to cook. That's how modern Mexican cuisine still reflects the cooking practices of the past. Eating is a social activity in Mexico to share food with friends and family and linger long after the food is finished. I think that its important to learn how to cook new to because it tells you how its made, where its from, and whats inside of these delicious delectable meals. Plus you can learn a lot more online, videos, TV show and more. That is why my opinion is important. ( )
