If you have any interest in baking, I would suggest you pick up this book. I bought it because I wanted to bake healthier things, but the recipes in here are just plain good - regardless of the whole grain factor. There's no skimping on the butter/sugar/eggs in it, either. I've had nothing but vast success with the recipes I've tried - no problems, no deserts that tasted 'okay' - everything was delectable.

Lots of tips on using whole grains and the baking process. Some of our favorites are the Multi grain Snickerdoodles, gingerbread, double fudge brownies and chocolate chip cookies.
