An interesting photo study of crime scene photographs from the Los Angeles Police Museum from 1953, accompanied by what can best described as an eloquently expressed manic episode, from crime writer James Ellroy. He won me over with the fabulous statement “dick deep in a shit day”. This book is not for everybody. ( )
