Comme les choses peuvent vite dégénérer. Un peu une nouvelle à chute, car on ne voit pas le dénouement venir. Mais elle est bien écrite cette histoire d’un professeur de littérature banal et un peu étriqué, de ses petites manies et de ses petites irritations quotidiennes, sa femme n’étant pas la moindre de ces petites démangeaisons inévitables. Un bon divertissement, qui ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard mais qui fait passer quelques bonnes minutes de lecture détente sans aucun mal de tête (sauf peut-être pour le personnage principal…).
