Insanity (Mad in Wonderland) by Cameron Jace

Alice Wonder kills everyone in her class and is a patient at The Radcliffe Lunatic Asylum. Everyone thinks she is insane accept (a hookah-smoking) Professor Caterpillar. He thinks he can prove her sanity and find the real "Wonderland".

Professor Caterpillar feels Alice can save lives and catch the wonderland monsters. Then she meets Jack Diamonds, an arrogant college student who believes that nonsense is an actual science. Who will she believe, and what will she do?

A twisted take on Alice In Wonderland. Alice appears to be a normal teen, yet she is a killer. The story is very original, and at times I was not sure if she really was sane or insane. If what she was doing was real or a hallucination. The concept of Professor caterpillar analyzing the "Alice" story is the basis of the book and really made it interesting, and intense.

I highly recommend Insanity (Mad in Wonderland) to those who love a great twisted fantasy. The cover is very fitting it captures the insane Alice perfectly. ( )
