A couple more CLAMP titles that may fit what you're looking for is Magic Knight Rayearth, and Angelic Layer. Azumanga Daioh is a short series, with four volumes in total. Full Moon by Arina Tanemura might fit what you're looking for as well.

My current favourite is Angelic Layer, and my older favourites are CardCaptor Sakura and Magic Knight Rayearth.

... big fan of shared continuities and dimensional travel and whatnot. I think though, that my favorite is probably still Angelic Layer. Cute story, though the anime did a good job with fleshing it out (but ruined the ending).
