I love Rachael Ray's meals and the ones for couples were pretty good, and it doesn't cost too much. However, I don't cook much for 6-8 people but who knows, maybe I will later in life. This is a really good cookbook for quick meals to make for groups. ( )

Book description
What would you cook if...

A quiet night with a video turns into a movie night for the whole gang?

The kids have to stay late at school, so it's just you and your honey tonight?

Everyone in your family wants to bring a guest over for dinner on the same night?

Trying to halve or triple recipes when groups get larger or smaller can be confusing, complicated - and even expensive. Rachel Ray comes to the rescue once again, with a cookbook full of 30-minute menus broken down by numbers: cozy dinners for two, family suppers for four, friendly feasts for six, and celebratory spreads for eight. So no matter how big - or small - a crowd you're cooking for, a right-sized meal is never more than 30 minutes away.
