50. A Fistful of Charms by Kim Harrison (26/05/09) This book (the fourth in the Rachel Morgan series) was payoff for me for reading the earlier books, which I didn’t enjoy quite so much. In earlier books, I had liked the characters and the world, but found the plots a bit too convoluted ...

Kindle: Just finished Kim Harrison's A Fistful of Charms ("The Hollows" #4) and just starting For a Few Demons More ("The Hollows" #5). Dead-tree: Gaskell's Life of Charlotte Bronte.

Just finished Octavia Butler's Fledgling and I'm about to start on Kim Harrison's A Fistful of Charms (#4 in "The Hollows" series).

On my Kindle, just finished Octavia Butler's Fledgling and I'm now back to Kim Harrison's "The Hollows" series with #4, A Fistful of Charms. For dead-tree reading, I think I'm going to get started on Charlotte Bronte's The Green Dwarf.

Just finished Octavia Butler's Fledgling and I'm now back to Kim Harrison's "The Hollows" series with A Fistful of Charms (#4). Those are both Amazon purchases, but the majority of my Kindle library is free downloads, primarily from Feedbooks|Mobile.

Just finished Octavia Butler's Fledgling and I'm back to Kim Harrison, A Fistful of Charms ("The Hollows #4) on my Kindle. For dead-tree reading, I think I may get started on one of Charlotte Bronte's juvenilia, probably The Green Dwarf. EDITED: To correct the touchstone on Octavia Butle ...

8) A Fistful of Charms

Yay! 67 books so far. I think that means I'm on target. Today I finished A Fistful of Charms by Kim Harrison, and also the first Peter Decker/Rina Lazarus book The Ritual Bath by Faye Kellerman. Very good. I may have just found another series I like - as if there's ever a shortage! ...

... after it. The Elves of Cintra - only expect Brooks to be average, couldn't even manager that here. Kim Harrison's - A Fistful of Charms was horribly bloated and dull. Firebirds: An Anthology of Original Fantasy and Science Fiction had no science fiction!! Walter Mosley's Blue Lig ...

... off Dead Witch Walking, The Good, the Bad and the Undead, and Every Which Way But Dead, I'm a bit bogged down in Fistful of Charms -- not that it isn't good, but I think I may have overreached in trying to read all four of the Kim Harrison books in a row. I have a couple of friends ...

Just finishing up Every Which Way But Dead by Kim Harrison. I've got the next book in the series, Fistful of Charms, at hand and will probably head straight into it -- I've been enjoying these more than I'd expected. I'm also making progress in New World Coming by Nathan Miller, and ...

22. For A Few Demons More by Kim Harrison. The fifth book about the further misadventures of Rachel Morgan, witch. Some old problems from previous adventures are wrapped up, while others are still left hanging. I used to enjoy the works of Laurell K. Hamilton until they turned into ...

... I won't stop reading Hamilton, just won't buy anymore for right now. I liked Every Which Way But Dead more than A Fistful of Charms simply because I think in Fistful that the heroine is slipping into unethical behavior. Also, I don't normally notice editorial issues, but my copy used ...

super- I'm on A Fistful of Charms and like Kim Harrison's books a lot. Fistful may be her best yet although I really like Every Which Way but Dead. I'm not done with it, so we'll see. I haven't bought Mistral's Kiss. Maybe I'll buy it in paperback form. I don't mind Gentry's magical cootchie, ...

This quote from A Fistful of Charms is terribly crude but for some reason (hee hee) I thought of it when reading this thread. "Just tape my ass shut and let me fart out my mouth."

I bought A Game of Thrones, Through a Glass Darkly, Fistful of Charms, A Knight in Shining Armor,The Dream Thief by Shana Abe (no touchstone), and One of Those Flings.
