This is the second book, and you HAVE to read Vitual Arcana #0 The Fool first, before you read this, otherwise it won't make sense.

If you have read The Fool, you will be hopelessly addicted by now and unable to put The Magician down. Karen Amanda Hooper has done something that is so unusual these days: created a series that is totally unique and completely unpredictable. I love being surprised and not able to tell where the story is going.

An amazing series, and an even better book than the first. Now the story gets deeper, some questions are answered, and new ones created. I'd give this 10 stars out of 5 ( )
