Not a bad one, interesting ideas, but I've seen this before in other books. Eat a variety of foods, mostly plants, with an emphasis on gluten free as her son eats gluten free, so useful in parts but I have other books that provide the same info. Not a bad book just not useful for me right now. ( )

This book reveals the secrets of how the Japanese stay so healthy in easy-to-follow principles so you, too can learn to eat mindfully, the Skoku-Iku way.
