Bitten Surrender
by Rebecca Royce

Adrienne found out when she was seventeen that she was destined to be the bride of a Vampire, a Royal. Not what she wants to do with her life. So, she does everything she can to make herself undesierable. She drinks, has sex, gets tattoo's and works as a topless tattoo artist. When she is ready to turn twenty-seven she heads to where she is to meet her vampire. Knowing that if she tries to run, he will only follow and catch her anyway. Even after meeting her intended, she still says she doesn't want to become a vampire herself. Being his bride is looking better though.

Hanzi Black and the people of his village were cursed two-thousand years ago by a witch. She didn't want to do it, but others forced her to. As a way of apology, she added that they would be given mates when the time was right. Now is Hanzi's time, but he doesn't want a bride. He doesn't deserve any happiness after what he has done. But, she is the only one that is meant for hiim. After meeting her and getting a taste, he can't imagine his life without her now. Then he has no choice when a rogue royal kills her.

This is a standalone book, not part of series, but I sure do wish there would be more.
