XML in a Nutshell is extremely valuable as a reference to developers wanting to implement standardized applications of XML, but this, the 3rd edition (2004), is dated, lacking coverage of XSLT 2.0 and Xquery.

An excellent reference to have at hand when working on XML schema. Probably as definitive as it gets. ( )
