I liked this book for two main reasons. First, the book was very well developed. It contained a ton of dinosaurs and a lot of information about them, but was laid out in a fun and interesting way that would grab kids’ attention. For example, each dinosaur discussed in the book had two full pages devoted to itself. There would be pictures of the dinosaur and then a few sentences about them. The book included the pronunciation of each dinosaur and displayed it like this “say it like this: try-SER-a-tops”. Another reason I liked this book was because each page then included fast facts about the dinosaur that were laid out in list form to make it easy for readers to find quick and important information about the dinosaur. Each fast facts section was laid out the same for each dinosaur so it was easy for readers to compare and contrast different dinosaurs. The book was designed to teach kids the basic facts about dinosaurs and different types of dinosaurs in a fun and creative way. ( )
