I stumbled upon this book in my junior high library many years ago, and it's alway been a favorite of mine. It took a while for me to track it down, but I finally got a copy on Ebay 3 years ago. ( )

I loved this book as a tween!! I recently reread it, and I still have to give it high marks. A young accidentally travels back in time to an prehistoric time-she discovers the People and lives among them learning their language and ways--forever changing her life and theirs--very good! ( )
