"The Deep Zone packs all the suspenseful wallop of Michael Crichton's The Andromeda Strain, Stephen King's The Stand, and Jules Verne's Journey to the Center of the Earth. This is actually a novella introducing a character, Hallie who descends into deep caves for rescue or retrieval, that will be in the upcoming book The Deep Zone. I usually do not read much from the thriller genre but I found myself really into this story. Not only was it fast paced and interesting but the author managed to cover a complete story with a satisfying end in very few pages. Definitely look forward to the release of his book.
