Looks at how weather occurs, including information about evaporation, clouds, precipitation, and the job of meteorologists.

The different factors of weather are all mentioned in this short book. It is interesting as well as educational. Knowing the differences and importance of weather is necessary. One can learn about evaporation, the different forms of clouds, and hail stones in this book. Meteorologists, scientists who study the weather, are also discussed here. This is a great book for any science lesson and gives children the exposure to learn more about the weather and climate of their home towns. ( )

Wow, this book is packed full of wonderful information about weather. It’s a pretty easy read, but does have some difficult words. I really like this book, because it doesn’t just focus on one topic, it literally talks about everything from the sun, water vapor, clouds, snow, hail, dew, meteorologists, pilots, fog, hurricanes, tornadoes, and blizzards. This book is extremely educational, but has good pictures that children would enjoy. Another good feature is the book helps pronounce all the difficult words like the names of the clouds. Ages 5-10.
