PLANETS!!! Planets and space have become so interesting for me after taking an astronomy class this summer! :) The solar system and space is something I can't wait to dig into teaching. This book is definitely a resource I could refer back to. ( )

This activity book is an excellent resource to introduce or expand a students understanding of the physical universe. Appropiate for the early elementary grades, I would use this book as part of an activity on identifying objects in our solars system. The book has stickers which can be used to construct the universe as part of a science project. The creativity involved in creating a universe model can stoke interst in the phsical sciences. ( )
