Beau with his brothers have become the saviour of women who are trapped in abusive relationships, and many times have saved their lives. One of the desperate women he meets is Mackenzie. Beau is a quiet guy, likes to keep himself to himself, but Mackenzie is inching her way into his soul. He wants her but does't think she's ready yet for his kind of loving. Mackenzie is drawn to Beau, but can she really trust him with her body and her heart, after all that she has been through.
I really enjoyed this story. Beau's cautious towards Mackenzie in their relationship and was wonderful as he had to tone his usual sexual habits down a bit. And Beau does state that he doesn't want to cause any pain with their love games.
This is an emotional story very well written. Lots of secondary characters we love, and some who need stories of their own, I'm looking forward to those. 5/5 from me for this one! (
