This book has mostly illustrations along with real photographs on the pages. I would use this book for the science center.

This book discusses all types of reptiles. Each page is a separate type of reptile with various facts about the different ones. The pictures are representative of the concepts being discussed and are very detailed. Although I would not use this as a field guide, it does introduce students to the different types of reptiles and what differentiates them. ( )
