Notess brings together the observations and experience of a group of trainers who are fairly well known for their work teaching web searching. The book is well organized. It addresses key points as understanding the audience, terminology, dealing with change, doing presentations. Of course, anything to do with web search is time sensitive because of the volatility in tools. This book will stay relevant for a little longer because of the attention to teaching concepts.
