This story is part of the Phoenix Brotherhood series that began with Harlequin Intrigue #685, Rafe Sinclair’s Revenge (ISBN: 0-373-22685-3).

When Nick Morelli goes home to settle affairs after his father’s suicide, he finds nothing but questions. A Vietnam photo, a list of nicknames, and an appointment with an FBI agent who is also recently deceased. He seeks out Cara Simonson, both because he hopes her FBI contacts will help him find answers, and because her father’s name is on the list. He arrives just in time for her father’s funeral. Nick and Cara are in a race against the killers to track down the names on the list before it’s too late, and to discover what their fathers never talked about, a secret someone is willing to kill for.

The Phoenix Brotherhood story previous to this one is Harlequin Intrigue #784, Sight Unseen (ISBN: 0-373-22784-1) ( )
