The book reads too much like ads for miracle cures, using an extraordinary amount of exclamation points, & questionable testimonials, especially in the chapter concerning retarding the aging process. One example cites a man from the Orient that lived to be over two hundred years old.
Claims like this were debunked long ago, mostly by lack of documentation or plain common sense.
The main “miracle drug” listed is garlic. It seems it is listed for at least half the cures in the book.
No real big surprise there. ( )
